When buying a new vehicle, the last thing anyone wants, is too experience a overbearing Salesman trying to sell us something we don't want . That didn't happen to me while shopping at Acura of Modesto. The Saleman knew I was there yet He allowed me to browse freely until I reached out to him. Once we agreed on the price I was out the door and down the road in less than an hour. It was the best experience buying a new vehicle I've ever had.. I even received a follow-up call the next day to ask if if everything was still satisfactory concerning my purchase.
I purchased a certified pre-owned from this dealership yesterday and I am very happy with the experience. The staff are very friendly and professional. They were open to negotiations and did not sneak in any additional fees after we agreed on a price. The actual process of purchasing was straightforward, they carefully walk you through everything you are signing and took care of the full dmv registration. I recommend working with Joe. He is very patient with all your questions.

Brandon again, was very knowledgeable about features and amenities and not just for the Acura's but also for the used market when we compared.
We went to AUDI, down the street and none of sales people we encountered were not at all as knowledgeable with their own brand (Embarrassing).
The sales experience was great. We never felt pressure to buy.
We would go back for a new Acura if Brandon is there!
I have bought 2 cars from Acura of Modesto. The Sales and Service Departments are the best! No hassle sales and service if and when needed could not be better. Mark in Service is a true professional and knows his stuff. I needed a code for my radio when I replaced my older Acura's battery. Mark knew where to look and how to find it. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that one of them knew nearly every model type and features of each type of MDX when asked.
The lot has also opened up quite a bit over a few decades which is nice to see.
Also love to see the ‘90 Integra and newer NSX sitting next to each other in the lobby.
I bought an Integra from Stockton Acura because Modesto Acura wanted to stay 3000 more expensive than Stockton.
A few days after I bought my Integra my battery was defective and so I called Stockton first and they didn't have one in stock, so I proceeded to call Modesto. It's a warranty issue so it shouldn't be a problem, wrong. Acura Modesto's employee was rude to me for calling them about a problem with a car I didn't buy from them. They were very rude and disrespectful over the phone with me and it was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. I called Stockton Acura right back and said Modesto is being unhelpful and they took care of me and my battery. Avoid Modesto Acura whenever possible is what I got out of this. Make the drive to Stockton Acura if you can. I did and I am happy with Stockton and offended by Modesto. I recommend to all my relatives to go to Stockton instead
After a lengthy online search for a car, Acura of Modesto advertised the exact car I'd been seeking, a 2008 Corvette with all the options I wanted and very low miles. OK, not an Acura but that's not important. I'd been to numerous Bay Area dealers and it was always the same hustle. But when I called to ask about the car Brandon Wiggins answered all my many questions and soon became nearly as expert on Corvettes as me. The minute I walked into Acura of Modesto I could sense a different attitude: respectful, no hustle, no pressure, just a desire to help and a friendliness that was natural and unforced. Brandon and Shawn Daly, the manager, told me they're a small, family owned dealer, and everyone I met there had that same attitude. It's obviously a happy family. The purchasing process was painless and they prepped the car for me far beyond my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them, new or used.
If you're looking for a good deal, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! Terrible customer service in sales department. Sale manager was EXTREMELY arrogant, rude and had an attitude! (Completely unprovoked.) Not willing to work with potential customer who wanted to purchase a new vehicle.
